Typically, my life coaching clients are asking themselves 'is this it?' They may be outwardly successful, but struggling with a feeling of being 'stuck'. Having chased dreams, set and achieved objectives, they may now be wondering what it was all for. They may have reached a point in their life where they genuinely don't know what to do or where to go next. They may have issues in reconciling different parts of their lives, which are compartmentalised and compete for their attention. They may feel like they have 'lost' their real selves, somewhere along the journey to where they currently are.
How I can help
My approach to life coaching is less to do with what to do next, than to facilitate you through the process of becoming yourself again, and to find joy in simply being. By focusing on the present moment, rather than seeing 'now' through a screen of your past experiences, you'll be free to act authentically. The decisions that you make will be more intuitive, more honestly right for you. You'll feel free to put your life back in balance, and to want to achieve the things that really make sense for you - rather than chasing impossible dreams or following a path you think you ought to take.
How we work together
I will work with you in one-to-one sessions, where I'll be a sounding-board reflection of yourself. These sessions will be a place of total acceptance and support, enabling you to examine what has got you to where you are now and reach a state of complete self-awareness.
These sessions may be conducted face-to-face at my office in Haslemere or by telephone (although I would usually recommend our first session be conducted face-to-face regardless). My fees are £100 per hour including travel time. It may be possible to arrange sessions at your home or place of work; please contact me to discuss feasibility and costs.
